Important information regarding returning your order.

With a few exceptions, you may return your order for an exchange or a refund within 5 days of delivery. Before returning your item, you must notify us via e-mail at

Returns must be shipped by a service that provides tracking. We only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

We do not accept returns of any item that shows clear signs of use, is damaged or is missing parts. This means any bend or crease as we cannot sell these items as new.

Keep in mind, our products are subject to color variations such as often occur with leather and other natural materials.
