- AOL 5.X for Windows
- In the AOL Toolbar under My AOL, select Preferences.
- Click the WWW button in the left-hand panel.
- In the Web Preferences section, click the Advanced Settings button.
- Under Receiving Files, select Cookies.
- Pull down the When receiving cookies menu and select Never ask.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.X
- Click Tools and select Internet Options
- Click the Privacy tab and in the Settings section, click Advanced
- Select override auto-cookie handling
- Select accept cookies for all options

- In Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Settings, move the slider down to the Medium-High level.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.X
- Click Tools and select Internet Options
- Click the Security tab and choose Internet
- Click Custom Level
- Scroll down to the Cookies section and choose Enable
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.X
- Click View and select Internet Options
- Click the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to the cookies section and choose an option that allows you to accept cookies
- Netscape 6.X
- Click Edit and select Preferences
- In the menu on the left, double-click Privacy & Security to expand the list
- Select Cookies
- Choose one of the options to enable cookies

- Click Edit and select Preferences
- In the menu on the left, click Advanced
