Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
We offer FREE U.S. Standard shipping. Worldwide Shipping is FREE for orders over $99.00. The FREE shipping option can take up to 30 days depending on your region. Most times it will arrive sooner.
Alternative methods include USPS Priority, EMS and FedEx. We charge what the postal service and FedEx charges.
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
With a few exceptions, you may return your order for an exchange or a refund within 5 days of delivery. Before returning your item, you must notify us via e-mail at email@example.com
Returns must be shipped by a service that provides tracking. We only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Shipping charges will be deduced on returns.
We do not accept returns of any item that shows clear signs of use, is damaged or is missing parts. This means any bend or crease as we cannot sell these items as new.
Any items that are accepted for return will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be returned.
Custom Ordered Straps, Samples and Clearance Items may NOT be returned.
Keep in mind, our products are subject to color variations such as often occur with leather and other natural materials.
We will also be glad to exchange the UNUSED merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. If the items(s) are more you can easily add the difference.
